Job Summary:

The Integrated Marketing Director, Women and Wealth is initially responsible for operationalizing and launching a high-impact practice and program focused on women clients, prospects, and advisors. This position acts as an execution partner, translating strategy into structure and measurable outcomes. The role will collaborate across departments to implement marketing campaigns, convene advisors and practice leaders, and support industry engagement efforts. The role will take the experience gained in the Women and Wealth program and expand to drive results of other programs such as Mercer For Your Company, Partnerships, and more.

Essential Job Functions will include:

Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Partner with Marketing to stand up and execute integrated campaigns targeting specialized women-focused segments such as business owners, divorcees, widows, and professionals.
  • Ensure campaigns align with strategic goals and deliver measurable impact.
  • Support brand engagement through events and external partnerships.

Advisor & Practice Leader Convening

  • Build and manage the Women and Wealth roadmap and operating plan.
  • Convene advisors and practice leaders into collaborative groups focused on women’s needs.
  • Align internal teams for execution and service design.

Industry Engagement & Growth

  • Support industry engagement through conferences, attendance and speaking opportunities, summits, and partnerships (e.g., InvestHers leadership team).
  • Work with Head of W&W to identify and acquire women-led or women-owned firms as strategic partners.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management or financial services.
  • Demonstrated expertise in engaging and serving UHNW women and their families.
  • Strong client service orientation with proven experience driving retention, advisor productivity, and client acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence, with comfort in public speaking and media settings.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute national strategies that drive measurable business growth.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills in high-energy, high-volume environments.
  • Must be a humble, entrepreneurial, hardworking team player with a positive "can do" attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 30% required.

Work Schedule:

This professional role requires availability during standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. At times, the role may have early or late hours to meet business tasks and deadlines for external and internal client needs.

All roles classified as a non-exempt are required to record working time into the timekeeping system daily at the start and end of each workday plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch period.

Working Conditions:

This position may be in a professional office environment or a dedicated home office workspace which is free of interruptions. Whether position is in a dedicated office space or home office workspace, basic technology needs will be provided to satisfy position requirements. Routinely sitting and standing for periods of time. No heavy lifting over 10 lbs.
