We’re excited to share this role supporting Regis’ ultra‑high‑value prospect client development efforts. The Regional Vice President – Regis orchestrates agile, rapid‑response teams that deliver a bespoke, concierge‑style experience for Ultra‑High‑Net‑Worth (UHNW) opportunities.
This person will coordinate across senior stakeholders, ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track, and interface directly with UHNW prospects to provide a white‑glove journey from first conversation through pre‑sales engagement, proposal development, and close. The role partners closely with Client Development, Executive and Market leadership, Wealth Advisors, Portfolio Consulting, Marketing, Compliance, and Operations to activate the right team, prepare complex UHNW proposals, and customize the client development process to what the prospect needs. The RVP drives consistency and excellence across multiple concurrent UHNW teams, creating a seamless experience end‑to‑end.
Lead rapid‑response teams:
Drive initial intake and creation of UHNW opportunities; validate UHNW lead eligibility and stand up teams leveraging a standardized, organized process with stakeholder buy‑in. Ensure capacity and manage specialist assignments, including pre‑sales resources.
Ensure orchestration of UHNW customer journey:
Ensure teams coordinate calendars for meetings, set agendas, and run internal prep huddles; schedule and coordinate proposal calls; ensure executive participation and all resources required are confirmed and briefed to deliver a concierge‑level UHNW experience.
Manage internal stakeholders:
Interface with senior leaders; synthesize updates clearly; escalate issues with context and recommended options; maintain momentum across multiple concurrent UHNW and complex pre‑sales workflows.
Develop unified governance & CRM hygiene:
Ensure artifacts (notes, action items, decisions) are captured; keep Salesforce stages, owner assignments, and follow‑ups current; proactively surface risks/blockers within UHNW sales cycles and drive resolution.
Drive long‑term UHNW team strategy:
Identify opportunities to improve and grow the UHNW acquisition program by establishing and tracking core KPIs such as outcomes, conversion rates, cycle time, and pre‑sales efficiency; facilitate retrospectives and document/act on learnings.
Daytime and evening hours as needed.

Actual base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications. This position is also eligible to earn incentive compensation through one of Mercer Advisors’ incentive compensation programs.
