Job Summary:
The Sr. Wealth Advisor, Director works in a client-focused, team-centered environment under the direction of one of the firm’s Managing Directors to support the team’s region-wide business development and client service efforts.

Work Schedule: Business hours Monday through Friday, additional hours as required in an exempt and leadership role with the organization.
Working Conditions: Professional office environment. Working inside. Standing and sitting. Will be assigned to a work station. Travel assumed at up to 50% of the time for client needs and/or required internal or external trainings.
Salary: Average annual salary range for this position across our locations is: $120,000 to $150,000. Actual base pay within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the applicant’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills and licenses/certifications. This position is also eligible to earn incentive compensation through one of Mercer Advisors’ incentive compensation programs.
