At Emory Healthcare we fuel your professional journey with better benefits, valuable resources, ongoing mentorship and leadership programs for all types of jobs, and a supportive environment that enables you to reach new heights in your career and be what you want to be. We provide:
100% remote position, but must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Michigan, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, or Wisconsin. Ideally seeking Atlanta based candidate.
The Business Intelligence Developer III (Epic Cogito – Revenue Cycle focus) will join our enterprise analytics team supporting Revenue Cycle reporting and insight delivery. This role partners closely with Revenue Cycle stakeholders and operational leaders to define meaningful KPIs, translate workflow needs into analytics requirements, and deliver actionable dashboards and reporting solutions. The position is centered on the Epic Revenue Data Model and requires strong skills in data modeling, SQL-based analysis, and stakeholder communication, with Access Data Model experience considered a nice-to-have and secondary to the Revenue Data Model. This role also requires proficiency with Power BI and familiarity with the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem to develop, publish, and maintain scalable analytics content. This is a highly customer-facing role that requires strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills through regular meetings, demos, and requirements sessions, rather than being a purely backend developer position. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations, and can balance competing priorities while independently managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
