The ideal candidate is comfortable working across systems, managing integrations and data validation, and partnering with non-technical stakeholders to turn data into insight while maintaining a service-oriented, consultative approach.

The HR Analyst will serve as a central connector between recruiting, HR systems, and analytics, with primary responsibility for the accuracy, scalability, and usability of talent acquisition data and reporting. This role ensures that recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR data sources are aligned to provide leaders with timely, reliable insights into hiring performance, workforce trends, and pipeline health.

You will own the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards and visualizations that support recruiters, hiring managers, and HR leadership. You will translate complex recruiting data into clear, actionable insights, monitoring metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate conversion, recruiter workload, and hiring outcomes. You will proactively identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and reporting limitations, partnering with system owners to resolve data quality issues and improve upstream processes.

You will act as a primary analyst for Talent Acquisition systems, supporting data flows between the ATS, HRIS (e.g., PeopleSoft), and downstream reporting tools. This includes troubleshooting data mismatches, validating integrations, monitoring interface health, and ensuring consistent definitions across reports and dashboards. You will manage intake and prioritization of reporting and analytics requests, delivering solutions efficiently while documenting logic, assumptions, and methodologies to support transparency.
