The Wilmington Hospital Imaging Department is currently recruiting for a Full-Time Imaging Services Manager. This individual will also work every weekend (Nights) and every other holiday requirement (Nights).
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Management responsibility for Section supervisors, and DISC Room supervisor.
Collaborate with Outpatient Operations Manager in developing systemwide Imaging policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the Imaging Services management team, Vice President and Director of Imaging Services, and Radiology Department Chairman to ensure patient care services are provided in a safe, efficient and effective manner.
Responsible for determining staffing requirements; allocating, shifting, and assigning staff to provide 24-hour/7 days a week service in a cost-effective manner.
Participate in the development and management of the capital and operating budgets.
Ensures Imaging equipment is available and functioning properly.
Human Resource activities including interviewing, hiring, counseling, evaluations, disciplinary actions, etc.
Performs assigned work safely, adhering to established safety rules and practices; reports to In-Hospital Director, in a timely manner, any unsafe activities, conditions, hazards, or safety violations that may cause injury to oneself, other employees, patients and visitors.
Performs other related duties as required.

Annual Compensation Range $110,177.60 - $176,280.00This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
