ChristianaCare is hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant II for their Nutrition department in Newark, DE.
ChristianaCare’s Nutrition Services team provides expert, personalized nutrition counseling to support healthier lifestyles, disease prevention, and chronic condition management, working collaboratively with patients and care teams across multiple specialties.

Wednesday and Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Duties / Responsibilities:
Coordinates front office operations, including scheduling, registration, and patient flow, while ensuring accurate records and timely care. Supports providers through referrals, authorizations, and communication, and maintains compliance with confidentiality, safety, and organizational policies.
Position Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Four years progressively responsible administrative support to an administrator or manager required.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted but must include at least two years of appropriate experience.
