ChristianaCare is currently recruiting for a Full Time Registered Respiratory Therapist for night shift at our Union Hospital location to provide service to all areas of the hospital, including adult and infant critical care units, medical-surgical floors and emergency care. This position will provide services to the Respiratory Care Department in the ChristianaCare Union Hospital location only.

Shift:

  • Full-time Flex, Night Shift (6:15p-6:45a)

  • Overnight shift differential is competitive, and you’ll receive a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus!

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduate of a CoArc approved School of Respiratory Therapy
• Respiratory Licensure in the state of practice required (Delaware,
Maryland, etc.)

Minimum of one-year critical care experience preferred.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Maintain Current BLS Certification
• Current AARC Member preferred

Hourly Pay Range: $39.50 - $54.30 based on applicable experience.This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
