ChristianaCare is seeking an accomplished Senior Physician Recruiter to independently manage the complete recruitment process for Physicians, Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs), and other licensed clinical professionals. Full Autonomy: Manage the entire recruitment process independently, including intake, sourcing, screening, offer negotiations, and closing.
High-Level Partnership: Collaborate directly with clinical and operational leaders on impactful positions that support both patient care and organizational growth.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for physicians, APCs, and other licensed clinical professionals within the Medical Group.
Conduct intake meetings, develop and execute sourcing strategies, and proactively build diverse and competitive candidate pipelines.
Engage and convert passive candidates through cold calling, social networking, and involvement in professional communities.
Coordinate and enhance both virtual and in-person site visit experiences for candidates.
Work closely with compensation and finance teams to structure offers, negotiate terms, and successfully close hires.
Maintain precise records in Workday to support compliance, affirmative action program activities, and requisition tracking.
Mentor Physician Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Specialists, and Associate TA Specialists, supporting the onboarding of new team members.
Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of full-cycle, high-volume, multi-level recruitment experience, including physician positions.
Demonstrated ability to manage highly competitive searches where candidates are fielding multiple offers.
Expertise in behavioral interviewing, offer negotiation, and candidate influence strategies.
Proven track record of developing innovative and comprehensive sourcing strategies.
Experience with contingency and permanent placement vendor negotiations.
Strong communication skills, including public speaking and executive-level engagement.

Annual Compensation Range $85,862.40 - $137,384.00This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
