Position: Registered Nurse – Medical Intensive Care Unit
Schedule: Full-Time Flex (36 hrs/week) | Night Shift with Day Shift rotations
Location: Christiana Hospital

What You’ll Do

Provide expert care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Partner with physicians, specialists, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver life-saving interventions
Advocate for patients and families during their most vulnerable moments
Use advanced monitoring and treatment strategies to achieve the best outcomes

Requirements

BSN required (ADN considered with BSN commitment within 3 years)
Minimum 1 year acute care experience required
BLS required; ACLS preferred (must obtain within 6 months of hire)

Hourly Pay Range: $41.28 - $66.05This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
