Join ChristianaCare as a Practice Transformation Liaison. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert in CMS Quality Reporting programs such as HEDIS, eCQMs, and MIPS. You will vlead cross-functional efforts to translate complex data into actionable insights, aligning stakeholders around a shared vision of performance improvement and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical, analytical, and strategic capabilities to advance performance measurement and reporting while fostering collaboration with provider groups, internal stakeholders, and technology partners.
Bachelor’s degree in a Healthcare related field (master’s preferred)
7+ years of experience in value-based care operations, analytics, or CMS quality reporting
Demonstrated experience in ACO Quality reporting type(s), including Web Interface (GPRO), eCQM’s, or MIPS
Advanced understanding of CMS regulations, quality measure methodologies, and healthcare data workflows
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs), quality data integration tools, and business intelligence platforms.
Exceptional change management skills
Exhibits strong clinical, organizational, problem-solving and proven leadership skills.

Annual Compensation Range $85,862.40 - $137,384.00This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
