About this Position
ChristianaCare is searching for a Communications Coordinator to develop effective multimedia messaging and communication strategies for ChristianaCare internal communications, collaborating with partners in External Affairs, Human Resources and stakeholders system-wide to support an informed, engaged workforce that receives the right information at the right time and through the right channels. The coordinator additionally supports the logistics and functions of ChristianaCare’s video studio, which is led by ChristianaCare’s producer. The Communications Coordinator works in a fast-paced environment with health care experts and an innovative, multidisciplinary communications, marketing and public relations team.
Working as a key contributor on the Editorial Team, the Communications Coordinator manages ChristianaCare’s internal communications platform (CaregiverConnect) and the weekly email employee newsletter (CaregiverConnect Weekly); and develops and implements communications plans for key internal projects and programs. The coordinator supports the Communications team with written and visual assets, copyediting and proofreading. This is a hybrid position.
This role involves management, development and daily publishing of internal communications; proactive interaction with leaders and employee groups across the organization; and performance measurement to identify data-driven opportunities and develop strategies for continuous improvement in employee communications.
