Shift Options
12-hour shifts (7am-7:30pm or 7pm-7:30am)
Choose between 48 or 72 hours per pay period
Flexible, self-scheduling available
Must commit to 24 weekend hours per 4-week schedule block
✨ Program Highlights
Work in one unit for the duration of the contract – no floating or being pulled to other units
No holiday requirement for Christmas, New Year’s Day, or MLK Day
Weekend requirement: 24 hours every 4 weeks (typically 2 shifts/month)

Requirements:
2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience in an acute care hospital setting required
BLS certification required
BSN preferred; ADN required
Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware
