The coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning and coordination of the AAPP; this includes supporting program development, operations, and evaluation; working closely with internal and external partners to facilitate successful program delivery; assuring data is collected by staff as required, and that Community Health Impact program goals are met, specifically the AAPP program.
The candidate should have a minimum of two years' experience in community program administration and leadership, along with a proven record of partnering with community and government agencies. In addition, the candidate should have experience leading a team either directly or indirectly.
High School diploma or equivalent experience required; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum of two years’ experience in program administration, program leadership, or coordination.
Proven public speaking, group facilitation, and excellent writing skills.
Experience in youth educational programming preferred.
People leadership experience is a plus.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Proficiency in computer use, particularly with Microsoft programs.
Access to personal vehicle. Ability to work flexible schedule, including some evening/weekends as needed.

Ability to relate to and manage people from a diverse group of backgrounds.
Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments.
Meeting facilitation and community presentation skills.
Collaboration skills with community and government agencies.
Strong interpersonal skills and a great teammate approach.
Proven experience collaborating with a wide range of individuals.
