Compensation & Benefits
- Early sign on bonus! If hired during residency, residents will receive 1st payment around 30 days of signing their contract. 2nd and final payment will be issued around 30 days after start date.
- Comprehensive and lucrative compensation plan, including base salary, multiple bonus incentives, loan repayment options including eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), and relocation assistance.
