Program Manager, Procedural Platforms
Full-time - 80 hours bi-weekly
Day shift- 8 am-4:30 pm | Monday-Friday

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the Procedural Platforms areas and initiatives to achieve AOP objectives and accreditations for Christiana and Wilmington Campuses. The selected candidate will conduct strategic planning, develop programs, and build new processes for managing flow. Also, facilitates performance improvement initiatives and optimizes resource utilization in collaboration with support areas, programs, and contracts in Procedural Platforms for efficient fiscal and human resource management.
Education and experience requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Master’s degree or equivalent experience in business, Hospital, or Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
3-5 years’ program/project management experience required.
Previous healthcare experience preferred.
Proven track record to drive improvement projects and interpersonal results.
Established history of planning, developing programs, implementing new processes, and optimizing resource usage.
