About This Position
ChristianaCare is looking for a leader to be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role will also lead continuous improvement efforts to support strategic business relationships and initiatives to achieve critical financial outcomes and attainment of annual operating plan (AOP) goals.

Principal duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Functions as a bridge between AccentCare and Specialty Select services and internal teams to help facilitate communication and collaboration to ensure optimal performance. Track performance and progress of initiatives and external stakeholder partnerships ensuring they are meeting expectations. Identifies solutions to complex problems as needed.
Serves as the point of contact for Wilmington’s Community Advisory Committee.
Analyze and audit data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement to enhance overall operations and coordination between internal and external stakeholders. Review and analyze expenses, revenue, and clinical workflow from ChristianaCare perspective. Prepares business plans for optimization, efficiency, and growth.
Manages logistical operations for Wilmington Campus Oversees the coordination of Wilmington Campus operations in conjunction with Facilities Management, Design and Construction, Public Safety, Volunteer Services and response to space requests. Oversees the coordination of access and hiring with campus partnerships.
Provides strong leadership, develops teams, and ensures systems, processes, and people maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Initiates personnel actions; hires, disciplines, and terminates.
Works alongside campus leadership, departments, and service line leadership to lead performance improvement initiatives to drive changes in processes and outcomes.
Partners with system compliance team and campus leaders to coordinate regulatory compliance efforts and facilitates internal and external audits. Issues with transfers from select care to Wilmington units to manage the process
