ChristianaCare is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to support our growing My 65 and primary care practices located in Milford, DE. This position will also provide remote support for our Rehoboth practice with some in-person coverage at Rehoboth required as needed.

Work Schedule

• Mon-Fri
• 8:00am-4:30pm
• No weekends or holidays

Position Highlights

• Manages telephone triage and message pool.
• Facilitates prescription refills and prior authorizations.
• Patient education and some injections provided by the nursing team.
• Provides nursing oversight and streamlines clinical workflows.
• Nurse visits.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• BSN preferred; ADN considered with agreement of completion of BSN in 3 years
• A graduate of a state approved or National League of Nursing accredited School of Nursing
• RN license or eligible for licensure in the state Delaware
• Two years’ experience as a RN, physician office and/or geriatric experience preferred.
