ChristianaCare is currently hiring a Clinical Operations Director for Women’s & Children’s to oversee the clinical operations of Women’s and Children’s Services at Christiana Campus and assume 24/7 responsibility for safe, effective and efficient care with a strong focus on quality outcomes, patient, employee and medical staff satisfaction. These responsibilities include oversight of the Labor and Delivery, Antenatal High-Risk Obstetrics, Mother Baby Units, Parent Education, Lactation, Triage, Neonatal Intensive Care and Pediatric Center.
Our Women's & Children's hospital supports over 6,000 births annually, we have a Level lll NICU and a new Pediatric Care Center! We aim to serve our community as partners in their care with love and excellence. In this role you will assume 24/7 responsibility for operations providing efficient, effective, and safe care with a strong focus on quality, outcomes, and patient and medical staff satisfaction.
