This Sr. Specialist of Field Enablement and Transformation is responsible for identifying, developing, and executing solutions to support new business concepts and initiatives that enable and drive productivity in Bath and Body Work’s stores organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates cross functionally to support the delivery of new brand initiatives that support enabling and accelerating associate operations, including new technologies and operating procedures.
- Share and influence knowledge of store operating procedures, predominately with emerging trends in retail technology, operations, and software/hardware capabilities.
- Develop and deliver implementation tools and operating procedures, inclusive of change management, for new initiatives.
- Maintain a clear focus on the needs of stores; solicit feedback and drive improvement through strong working relationships with the field and cross functional partners.
- Write all field communication as it relates to new initiatives to support operational excellence to drive continued growth of the program.
- Responsible for execution of primary work streams; supports development and implementation of project plans, processes, timelines, and hindsight.
- Proactively assess and monitor stability of new technologies and quickly communicate risk and steps to resolution.
- Support research of trendsetting practices, including analysis and documentation of competitor benchmarking.
- Coach and deliver critical feedback related to projects, peers, leaders, and key partners.
- Cast a consistent shadow of professionalism, partnership, and performance excellence and exemplify Bath & Body Works Core Competencies.
Qualifications Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional working experience, with preference in project management or business
- Demonstrates adaptability; is a skilled change agent and navigates ambiguity with composure and focus
- Excellent organization, written/verbal communication, and decision-making skills
- Experience with sharing a point of view and working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze situations and resolve issues with speed
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and deliver under tight timelines
- Demonstrates situational leadership
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite include Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to travel <10%
