Head of Financial Products Offering

TLDR: Own product commercialization strategy; lead the way on how we turn our products into revenue with the right GTM motions for customer segments.

About the Role

As the Head of Financial Products Offering, you will own the shaping and strategic clarity of what Adyen offers to its enterprise & platform customers globally. Sitting at the intersection of Product and Commercial, you will translate customer problems/needs into solution input - and ultimately Financial Product adoption. You will ensure regional teams have a clear and compelling offering, and you will drive alignment on what we build, why, and how we position it across verticals and use cases.

What You’ll Own

  1. Offering Commercialization Strategy
  • Strategic Packaging: You own the success of the full Financial Products Offering, ensuring it is clear and scalable across verticals and regions.
  • Bundling & Narrative: You will co-own (with Product) the commercial value proposition, product bundling, on a highest level “what” we sell and "why"
  • Future-Proofing: You are expected to anticipate future customer and commercial needs and evolve your offering area in line with broader strategy and market shifts.
  • Readiness: You will ensure solutions meet the specific "readiness levels" required for target verticals & use cases before scaling.
  1. Customer Insights & Product Prioritization
  • Customer Centricity: build direct customer relationships. Speaking to customers is a top priority for you and all members of the team.
  • Voice of the Customer / Roadmap Influence: translate insights from Vertical teams - supported by your direct customer interactions and Commercial team feedback - to provide a clear voice of customer to the Solution. You ensure all insights feed into structured processes. You will partner across other Offering teams to ensure one pillar prioritization.
  • Pattern Recognition: You will identify cross-market and cross-vertical patterns in customer feedback and translate those into clear, data-driven product recommendations.
  1. Go-to-Market (GTM) & Commercial Enablement
  • You will support product deep dives / vision selling with customers as needed.
  • GTM Execution: You will partner with Regions and Vertical leads to execute the Go-to-Market strategy for your offering, ensuring a strong feedback loop.
  • Global Enablement: You will work closely with Product Marketing, Commercial Academy and the Business Performance team on the creation of the necessary enablement materials (training, assets) for commercial teams.
  • Vertical Alignment: You will maintain a partnership with the Heads of Verticals to ensure systematic cross-vertical insights, aligning your GTM execution with specific industry needs.
  • Adoption Accountability: You are ultimately responsible for the adoption of your offering area, ensuring regional and Vertical teams have a clear and compelling solution to bring to market.

Who you are

  • 10+ experience in financial products and / or strategy
