Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst, LATAM
Adyen is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst LATAM to be based in our Sao Paulo office, which is responsible for Adyen’s Prudential and Statistical reporting in LATAM. This role reports directly into the Global Head of Reporting, part of our Amsterdam-based Group Finance Function.
It’s one of Adyen’s core responsibilities to report Prudential and Statistical data to national regulators around the globe. Adyen’s national regulators include the Dutch Central Bank (NL), the Federal Reserve (USA), and the Bank of England (UK).
As the Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst, you will play a key role in managing Adyen’s regulatory reporting requirements in Brazil and Mexico, helping to build a connection between Adyen’s Group Finance and Risk functions and the Banco Central do Brasil (BACEN) and Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV).
Adyen obtained a Payments Institution’s license in 2023 in Brazil and the acquirer registration in 2024 in Mexico to enable its own-acquiring. As Adyen and its regulatory requirements grow, this is an unique opportunity and the perfect moment to step in and start building the Brazilian regulatory reporting function.
As part hereof, we expect you to be able to translate Brazilian and Mexican regulatory reporting requirements in the context of Adyen’s non-traditional business model and explain this in dialogue with regulators. You will be in the lead optimizing reporting processes with scale and automation in mind and take Adyen’s regulatory reporting function in LATAM to the next level.
